Jonathan Beardsley

Biography

Jonathan Beardsley is Head of Digital Livelihoods at Genesis Analytics and Executive Director of the Outsourcing Alliance of Kenya where he designs interventions to unlock digital careers across the EMEA region. A seasoned scale-up leader, he was part of the founding teams of two acquired ad-tech companies in New York and later helped scale CloudFactory 50x as Vice President of Global Expansion and Managing Director. He is widely recognised for driving impact-led business models that support economic opportunities in emerging market.
