The Next 3 Billion On Tour builds on Semafor’s annual Next 3 Billion Summit convened on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, translating global research and high-level dialogue into locally grounded action.

In partnership with the Gates Foundation, Semafor is taking the conversation on the road to key markets across Africa and the Middle East, spotlighting insights from the Global Findex 2025 and the Global Digital Connectivity Tracker to examine how financial inclusion and digital connectivity can unlock opportunity for the next three billion people coming online.
