John Ouko is Chief Operations Officer at AMDA, bringing over 30 years of global experience in project management, Private Equity, Corporate and Private banking and transactional advisory in infrastructure and renewable energy. John Ouko excels in Capital raising from private sector investors and development finance institutions, forming strategic alliances with development partners, financial intermediaries and implementation partners; Bid preparation, feasibility studies, contract and commercial analysis, due diligence, risk assessment, financial modeling, transaction negotiation and advisory services; Organizational policy formulation, implementation and policy review including management and administration systems, policies and procedures; and Development, implementation and evaluation of short term, medium term and long term strategic and operational plans. He is passionate about infrastructure development and funding, and committed to ensure that minigrids are utilized effectively by governments and donors and that the policy and financing environment supports the radical scale of minigrids while leveraging private capital and efficiency to electrify Africa.
