Ranee Nanji

Biography

Ranee Nanji is the Executive Director of Tilisi Developments PLC, a mixed-use, master-planned and controlled development in Limuru on the outskirts of Nairobi. She is also a Director of the Spin Ventures Group, a diversified family conglomerate.

Ranee holds a BSc in Mathematics and Business Studies from the University of Warwick and is a Chartered Accountant. Prior to joining Spin Ventures Group and Tilisi in 2013, she spent several years working for a FTSE 100 company in London before returning to Kenya to lead the Tilisi development.

As Co-CEO of Tilisi Developments PLC, Ranee played a key role in developing the 400-acre land parcel. Under her leadership, Tilisi has evolved from a concept into a thriving community, with several businesses operating on the development and approximately 500 families now calling it home.

She currently serves as Executive Director, focusing on the strategic direction and long-term growth of the project.
